Matthew Severino

Matthew Severino is one of the founders of Trilogy Projects. A Licensed Building Work Supervisor, Matthew manages the daily operations of the business, including overseeing projects, procurement, and customer liaison. In his role as Site Supervisor, Matthew is also responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time and to budget, and that the entire team is fulfilling our core values.

His wide-ranging experience includes work in the warehousing industry and business services, as well as running a successful contracting business supplying the construction industry. Matthew has also gained a Cert IV in both Building & Construction (at Master Builders SA) and Business Administration (TAFE SA).

Matthew’s vision for Trilogy Projects, along with his enthusiasm for the work of the team and what we do, helps to drive us as we continually improve every aspect of the business, and ensures that we deliver to the highest possible standards each and every time.

Michael Tamlin

Michael Tamlin is one of the founders of Trilogy Projects. A qualified wall and floor tiler (Cert III), Michael has also served in the Australian Army as a rifleman, including postings in the Solomon Islands and Townsville. His diverse range of experience also includes working on the family’s market garden in the Adelaide Hills, while during his time before being called up into the Australian Defence Force.

One of the reasons for the success of Trilogy Projects and the positive response we always get from our clients is Michael’s leadership qualities, and his dedication to meeting the needs of homeowners when it comes to getting the job done on time and delivering high quality results.

As a valued and proven leader, Michael knows better than most how important it is for everyone to be working towards the same goals, and he attributes our success to the fact that, “The team works so well together because we all have the same vision, respect for each other and each individual brings something unique to the table.”

In his role as a tiler and handy man, Michael lives the company’s mission and values every day, and it’s this sort of commitment that means we are able to turn our clients’ dreams into reality so successfully. His energetic, humorous, hard working and reliable personality is also one of the reasons why we are able to deliver such great customer service throughout the whole renovation process.

Peter Halikias

Site Supervisor Peter Halikias is one of the founders of Trilogy Projects, and he brings to the business a diverse range of qualifications and experience. An industry leader in the tiling and stone industry, Peter is also an accredited Gripset waterproofing installer and is qualified to test and tag electrical equipment.

As a Site Supervisor, Peter’s role is to make sure our core values are carried out by everyone who walks onto a Trilogy Projects site, and that our projects run on time with minimal issues.

He also runs the crucial de-construct/maintenance team: “The de-construct phase of a renovation can be the most stressful part, which means it is very important to make this process as comfortable for the client as possible. There is an art to the de-construct phase of any renovation, and we make sure we are on top of everything at every stage.”

With his ongoing experience of engaging with clients, Peter believes that homeowners in Adelaide will not get a more personalised renovation experience than they do with Trilogy Projects, and so when he tells clients that we will treat their home like it was our own, you can be sure he means it.

Peter also places a high premium on teamwork, and attributes much of our success to the fact that the team consists of specialists in different areas of construction and renovations. “Together we really are the full package. As a team, we can make things happen that our rivals can’t.” All in all, Peter passionately believes that Trilogy Projects is changing the game when it comes to home renovations in Adelaide.
