In addition, our experienced team can work with you to custom design unique spaces and features in your home, such as a home office, a wine cellar, or an entertainment room.

We pride ourselves on delivering precisely what we promise. We will always go the extra mile to make the home renovation process as seamless and stress-free as possible, and throughout we treat your home like our home. We genuinely believe that you won’t find personalised service anywhere else in Adelaide to match ours.

The first step towards getting your home renovation started is to call us and speak to one of the members of our team about what you have in mind. In this way, we can ensure from the outset that your project is in line with the sort of work we do.

We will then meet with you in your home to discuss your needs and budget in more detail, at which time we will take measurements and photographs, and get a feel for your property and what is possible.

The way we proceed after a first consultation will depend on the scale and scope of the project, which means we tend to work on a case-by-case basis.

For a simple bathroom renovation, for instance, after a first meeting at your home we will generally be in a position to provide you a cost estimate for the project. We then move into the selection phase, where we will assist you to choose fixtures and fittings, such as cabinetry, tiles, baths and sinks, floor coverings, etc.

For more complex renovations or a home extension, the process will be different. This sort of project may require architectural or engineering services, for instance, or council approvals may be required.

In this scenario, there will usually need to be a second consultation where we will provide basic costings and what further requirements might need to be completed. However, you can rest assured that with our expert guidance and service, this process will be easy and enjoyable.

Then, once we have your approval, we will proceed with having drawings done, seeking the relevant approvals, engaging sub-contractors, etc. Once this is completed, we will provide you with a full written quote.

We will then be in a position to finalise the start and completion dates for the project, and begin the preparations for starting work.

At the beginning of the consultation process, we will be happy to provide you with a ball park estimate as to how much your renovation is likely to cost. This initial quote, which is free of charge, will necessarily include allowances for features that have not yet been finalised in the design, and so will not represent the final figure for the work.

Nevertheless, this will enable you to have a better understanding of what the final costs of your project are likely to be.

The length of time required to complete a renovation is largely dependant on the size and complexity of the project. We will specify both start and completion dates at the outset of the work, and keep you fully informed throughout.

Although every renovation project is different, the following may help to serve as a useful guide:

    • Bathroom renovation — 3 to 4 weeks to complete
    • Kitchen renovation — 4 to 6 weeks to complete
    • Laundry renovation — 3 to 4 weeks to complete

The time required for custom renovations, additions and extensions will depend on the scope of the work, but we will be able to provide a clear picture of how long will be required during the design and consultation stage.

Every home renovation or building extension is different, and so the cost will likewise be different depending on the size, scale and scope of the project.

However, we will always provide a basic estimate of the expected costs at the outset of any discussions to help you formulate a budget for any proposed work, and ensure that the final charges are in line with your expectations.

Before we commence work on any renovation or home extension, we require a 5% deposit (the minimum deposit is $1,000).

This will not include any council, engineering or other professional services fees that are incurred before work begins.

All of our work is covered by a ten year warranty against faulty workmanship and materials. Any fixtures and fittings installed are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. These will generally range from 1 to 10 years in length.

Our bathroom waterproofing systems are covered by a specific, industry leading ten year guarantee through our partnership with Gripset Industries.

It is possible for you to source and supply your own fixtures and fittings for a renovation.

However, our experience and partnerships with leading manufacturers means that we can source a wide variety of high quality products that we know will deliver for you in terms of cost, durability and warranty protection.

If you have very specific requirements in terms of the appliances you would like installed as part of your renovation, this can be discussed further during the design and consolation stage.
